Iz 18 now!

<sub>I went on that camping trip... The first night was great. We drank around the (illegal) camp fire, with these Danish couple we made friends with.

After that though, it all went to shit. I got so annoyed with Paul that I still refuse to talk to him. And I got sun burnt. Really, really sun burnt. I've only just been able to wear a bra again.

Aaaaand uni's out for three months, and I have nothing to do... I actually want to go to classes now.

I also got fired from Blockbuster for writing that last journal, lol.

But that's actually not a bad thing. I quite like only having one job now. Juggling two jobs is pretty tiring. That - and Subway pays better as well as giving free food.

Christmas and New Years is coming up. Everyone's favourite time of the year. What are your plans?

Firstly,

Now, onto lesser things...

My laptop has kind of died. I broke the AC adapter for it, and have had a bit of trouble getting a new one, so for now, I'm laptop-less. It's a bit shit considering it's exam time and all. Then again, I have no distractions.

So, I'm at work on the work computers being naughty. Blockbuster is such a chilled out place to work.

That is, once you get over the horrendous new release section (Night at the Museum 2 is number 1 in the top 10, WHAT THE FUCK?!).

I do like this job though.

I get lots of odd customers. In the same day, I had one ask me on a date, and another give me free drugs (some white pills and marijuana --- I flushed the pills, but I don't see any good reason to waste perfectly good weed).

But aside from work, there's Paul.

Ahhh, Paul. I fear our relationship is becoming less casual than I first thought. I don't know if it's a bad thing or not...probably.

Also, I'm getting a puppy!

Hello!

Yes, I'm still alive.

Some of you may have noticed, or not, my inactivity over the past few weeks... I don't really have an excuse, I've just been busy.

But, to keep you sane, I'll give you some updates.

First, I'm doing a Bachelor of Journalism, and I have two jobs (Blockbuster and Subway).

I quite like Journalism so far, it seems to be the perfect occupation for me. I met a guy who works at the newspaper here the other day, and accidentally insulted him and his company. Pretty sure they'll refuse to give me an internship, ever. But that's okay, because it's a shitty newspaper anyway, and I'm not really into print writing.

Secondly, any time I haven't been spending at work or uni, I've been spending with a new friend. Paul. He seems to be very... needy and lonely... so we hang out pretty much nonstop. He's the dude in a few of my more recent photos. Blame him for my absence.

Thirdly, it's my 18th birthday in exactly a month (November 21st). So I've been organising a few things... but basically, I'm just gonna go camping for a few days. Get drunk, do stupid things. And then come back into the city, hit some clubs/pubs. Get drunk, do stupid things.

Anyone know any stupid things I can get people to do while camping? I'm sure there's only so many times we can go skinny dipping or play truth or dare...

Aside from that though, not much on the Cath front. Hoorah, I am boring!

Right now, I'm supposed to be writing a 10+ page report for one of my subjects, but I don't wanna.



On a side note - does anyone else get really pissed off when people download their literature?
